Democracy means a government of the people, by the people and for the people.
We all know that thing is applied in our country. PROUD!!
But the question I want to ask you is, Is India really a democratic country?
The elections are held and we do vote them(sadly not all of us though) and we choose our leader. That's a great thing... but, is the person whom we voted truly a leader?
We never question that and even if we do, we all would be in such a position that we can't do anything.
Well, sometimes we would not have an option of electing some other person because something is better than nothing. So at that time we could just protest for good things to happen instead pointing out.
India is a democratic country which lost the principle of democracy in the hands of gamblers, playing in the game of politics! This is the fact and even if people feel offended, the fact can't be changed!
Who is winning in that game? Obviously, the politicians.
We common people with voting rights have choose the act of slavery by becoming puppets in the gambling game and the odd thing is we complain against them for making us slaves. Well done, folks!
The role of elections in India is very crucial. The prices are all related to and are in the hands of the ruling party. Before the elections, the price of petrol and diesel are low and after that, the prices gradually increase.
The most affected in the whole process, is the middle class people, who cannot afford luxuries and at the same time struggle to spend to meet their necessities. The poorer remains poor, the rich becoming richer and the middle class stepping down to the poor.
The question here is not HOW, but WHY?
When we all have the right in our hand and when we know what is happening with our lives, why can't we all together fight against it? If we are all together who stops us? Everything is being sold for some price, Oh! please do not put a price to humanity and our country...
Everything can start from us, by us and within us. After all, this is our country, millions of people died to gift us the freedom and we here are being puppet, sacrificing our own freedom...
Each and every vote counts no matter if the person you voted for, won or lost!
Every politician is not bad that doesn't even mean he is good, but all you have to do is search for someone who has more good than bad and then vote!
DO NOT GET TRAPPED IN THE GAME OF POLTICS!
You are an important citizen of INDIA, even if you don't need the country, the country is in need of you!
