CAPTURING LIFE

The cute little girl, who plays in the park, who makes everyone a friend, who smiles like a beautiful sunset, who falls while playing but doesn't give a shit about it, that is where I found life...

With the time, our life becomes complexed or may be we make our lives more complex. Every minute we are worried of some assignments, scared of the results, and depressed about our emotions and people. In the process of making a life we are all faking a life. That smile in some of our past photograph is now the wilted flower put on the technical graveyard called "busy life.

I watched "LITLLE THINGS", a drama in Netflix. Among the whole series, there is a part of it which keeps on reminding me of how I actually should live my life. ( A very little spoiler) Kavya's mom on a beach with Dhruv tells him of how  Kavya as a kid enjoyed beaches. Dhruv then asks Kavya's mom it would have been good if she captured that moment. She replies, " MAY BE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN GOOD BUT I WOULD HAVE FORGOTTEN IT NOW IF CAPTURED IT THEN..."

And that particular scene keeps on re-playing in mind. Human beings are capable of remembering moments and feeling the same emotion even after the moment becoming a memory, but here we are trying to capture everything into a photo. Of course its a good thing at times, but there are moments that aren't supposed to be captured in a camera but in your heart.

A good family dinner where your mom and dad would be telling about your childhood is never captured by you in any camera or a recorder but you still remember the good family dinner night. It is all because, you unconsciously lived that moment then. You lived the moment instead of thinking about the  future and instead of thinking of the ways to preserve them as memories.

I still remember how I enjoyed my trip to Banglore as a kid. I still remember how my nanna(dad) bought me a flute the minute we boarded down the bus in a foggy morning. I remember of all the moments where I used to make some designs to nanna's hair. I used to make a pony to his hair and play. I remember a day where only me and Akka were at home and how she made me laugh to death by tickling. I remember how I wasted the Johnson baby shampoo while my mom was making me bath. I remember most of my childhood because I lived it to the fullest.

It was all good back then. But growing up hits you hard the minute you realize you are no more a kid. Life from then shows you different kind of people, true friends, tough situations, love, breakups, failures and few alone times. Of course, there are many happy times in the adulthood too, but the problem is we do not live adulthood, we run in adulthood. In adulthood, we forget all the happiness but be clingy to the worries. We don't take breaks though we have time, we barely smile, though we have teeth to smile. Instead of solving problems like how we did as a child, we run away from them. You remember? As a child we used to be so stubborn that if we do not get what we wanted, we cry and make mess to get that... Now, where is that child lost?

When you find time, instead of going through the photos in your Gallery, go through the old albums, YOU WILL FIND UNHEARD STORIES OF YOUR OWN LIFE! In the process of capturing your smiles these days, you have captured the worries, ego and judgments that are hiding behind your so called smile.

Its never late to start living again. Before time becomes your foe, make it your friend!

Capture life with your heart

Capture moments in your eyes

Capture  your time for yourself

Life will always answer you when you are in need of answers, only when you start living the life that minute!!
